Every family's needs are different — packages are shaped around you in your free consultation. Payment plans and a sliding scale are available to anyone with an established need; if you are BIPOC and need financial support, include “COMMUNITY” with your initial inquiry.
Birth Support
$4,200
For anyone birthing in a hospital, at home, or at a birth center. All birthing circumstances are worthy of doula support.
- 3 prenatal visits (2 in-person, 1 virtual) — my role as your support person, your pregnancy history and current circumstances, birth education, options and desires for your labor and birth, and planning for a home, birth-center, or hospital birth
- Comfort measures learned and practiced together for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and early postpartum
- Support planning and options for postpartum recovery
- On-call phone support from your 37th week of pregnancy
- In-person labor support at your home, birthing center, or desired hospital
- 1 postpartum visit (within 3–10 days of your birth) — adjusting to home with your baby or babies, womb/abdominal massage, an in-season farm-to-table meal, in-home support with immediate recovery and newborn care, and lactation support if applicable
- Postpartum herbal support (if desired) — focused on restoring the blood and nourishing your nervous system
- 2 months of additional phone and email postpartum support
- Access to resources and referrals: midwives and OB/GYNs, pelvic floor therapists, massage therapists, childbirth educators, acupuncturists, lactation consultants, and other practitioners
Virtual Birth Prep Only

For families seeking help with birth preparation — not including physical visits or support during the birth.

Nocturnal Postpartum Support
$75/hr
Sleep is essential to healing and energy restoration. Restful recovery for you, worry-free and secure care for your newborn baby or babies.
- 8–10 hour shifts, scheduled up front for contracts shorter than 3 weeks, or as needed based upon availability
- Optional first-night overnight — help adjusting to your first night at home, meeting as early as 6pm
- Integrative feeding support
- Holistic newborn care
- Light baby laundry
- Mother/parent support

- Help adjusting to a night-time routine
- Hours set week-to-week for flexibility, unless contracted for long-term nocturnal care
Farm-to-Table Meal Support
June–November. Meals designed to replenish a healing body — broths and herbal teas personalized to rebuild vitality, balance hormones, restore uterine health, and promote lactation. Organically grown ingredients only, sourced from Valencia Grows and other local farms.

Herbal Consultations & Support
$80
Primary consultation for herbal support, including intake and intro herbs. Most herbs are sourced from Valencia's own farm, Valencia Grows, and other local growers.
